I was rejected after the first interview; it was with one of the people on the finance team who I would have worked under if I were to get the internship. He was so rude, was 30min late to open the virtual meeting, and lagged alot. He and the recruiter didn't even ask for my availability and had very bad formatting in the email (red flag)! He seemed so uninterested and the vibes were off because he wouldn't give eye contact and was on his laptop the whole time and would just say "I'm writing down notes". It felt as if he had rejected me before he even met me. He would laugh a bit when I talked about my experiences… I wanted to cry. He would constantly ask me the question more the once saying "give me more" or "say that again, I didn't understand you". This was going to be my first ever internship, so I had limited experience and made sure to inform him beforehand. He seemed so uninterested and was incredibly unhelpful that I even had to apologize that I was using the same experience to answer most of the questions. In the end, he said there will be 2–3 more interview rounds and that I will receive the final decision in a week (lol! how is it possible to go through 2–3 more rounds in a week?; he basically flat out told me I was rejected). I got the official email 2 days later. You aren't allowed to reapply to any P&G position for 12 months after being rejected. I think I dodged a bullet with this one; he made me hate P&G in just 1 hour. Worst experience of my life. Never again.

The interview questions were more on behavioral/situational. I was informed to answer using CAR method. The first two interviews were virtual, then the last one was in their BGC office.
