The interview process consisted of an online application,a personality test online, a general skills test (logic, reasoning and math) in their office and 2 one hour phone interviews (because the P&G recruitment is only in a neighboring country). The skills test was relatively easy, because I had just finished studying for the GMAT and the test was very similar (but easier). The phone interviews were not difficult and the interviewer was very nice and supportive.
