I had to fill out an application online, in addition to two 20 to 30 minute online tests that gauge your reasoning skills and personality type. Spoke with them at career fair on campus, got a phone interview, then got flown in to Cincinnati for an on-site interview that went from morning until the evening. There was just one important interview with two supervisors for 45 minutes to an hour. There was also another written test that gauged your reasoning skills and reading comprehension. This took about an hour and a half. The rest of the day was walking around the buildings and meeting people, going out to lunch with other employees, etc. Whole process took about a month and a half. They tell you at the end of the day if you got an offer and they pay nicely! They give you about a week or so to accept / decline.
Overall, it's a very difficult interview process...it's the same thing that candidates go through for full-time positions. It's because if you do well as an intern, there's a really good chance of you getting an offer to return as a full-time employee as well.

It was very relaxed. There are about three rounds of interviews with three different people in completely different functions that usually ask the same questions and just ask behavioral questions that aren't too challenging
