interview process starts with a online test after passing it an phone interview is done with 10 behavior type questions. If you pass that, they will invite you to visit their plant and for further test. On site interview consist of one reasoning test and 2 to 1 interview with plant managers. They will try to get specifically what they looking from you.

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
