Whole process took approximately two weeks from start to finish. First step after application submission is a series of numerical and reasoning test. Next step is a phone interview, lasted about an hour. Was invited for an office interview. Office visit includes another reasoning and numerical test to confirm no assistance was received during the online test. Two interviews on site.

Most questions were behavioural. Tell me about a time you innovated, or led a team, or failed. Few questions were situational, what would you do if team decided on A but you disagreed with team decision.
3 rounds of online interview, with 3 different interviewers, but questions are based on behavioral and situational-based questions. Common questions might include your leadership experience and how you work in teams

Behavioral and situational questions, what would you do in specific situations
Rigorous, cut-throat, straight forward. Interviewers are nice but gets down to business and does not waste time. Love to help you to answer the questions and will direct you to the right answer.
