Via the MBA Rising Leaders Program, applied in July. Had one interview before the Rising Leaders Program, and then one interview after the program for the offer. Both interviews were virtual. I was told beforehand what the interview question categories were going to be. I was also given the chance to do a mock interview before the actual interview.
