Contacted by recruiting to set up an interview. They called me to reschedule 2 weeks later- had a phone interview, in-person interview and one more 1:1 interview with hiring manager. Recruiting called me to say I was a great fit after already going through the interview process and they wanted to schedule a phone interview?? Agreed to one more interview- hiring manager never showed. A week later, I received an email that said I didn't get the position. Horrible experience. My advice to Procore: I understand the company is growing quickly but you need to nail down this part of the hiring process or you'll lose great talent!
