Group interview with a variety of exercises including problem solving and communication exercises. Started with a 'group get to know you' activity, then progressed on to more typical challenge tasks that assessed customer service, communication, and teamwork.

interest in the probe group and want to know about the service there. I heard from my friends that their customer service is really good with other services and they are friendly as well.

Entrevista
Phone interview, online assessment and offer. I was easy process. This role is very good for someone who want to start career in IT. All you need is good communication skills and analytical thinking.
