It was three-pronged in nature. First, I had a phone interview, which then led to a face-to-face interview at a joint working space at their downtown Raleigh offices. However, their correspondence was poor. I was told I got the job only to learn two weeks after that they had retrospectively changed the recruitment process afterward. They were grossly unprofessional and the management is largely irresponsible for the manner in which they handled my application. In essence, you would do well not to rely on anything they say!
