First call with recruiter to discuss role, salary expectation, etc. Second interview lasted about one hour. Common interview questions (why are you interested in this role, describe your previous professional experience, what do you know about this role, and several « what would you do if » or « how would you handle this situation »-type questions. Third interview was a call simulation. Examples of call recordings and documents were provided days before, as well as instructions. These are given so that you can prepare for mock phone calls with the interviewer during the third interview. The first two interviews were not too difficult. Make sure to prepare very well for the mock calls because you don’t have much time to complete them.

it is a series of interviews and exercises. What i like about it is that they are proactive in providing information and guidance. the interview is a bit hard but if you have a background, it will be helpful. interviewers are also easy to communicate with. all my concerns and wuestion was answered
