I was emailed by the hiring manager to set up a time for a phone screen. I promptly replied back with my availability and she never responded. I followed up to see if she still wanted to connect regarding this position. She responded back with a time for her to call me. I never received the call. I again followed up with an email to see if there was a reason and if she was still interested in speaking with me regarding the position. She profusely apologized and asked my availability for the next 2 days and that she would make whatever time I picked work. I chose a time and she replied with an alternate time that would work better for her. I agreed to the proposed time. Again, she never called as I waited. I have not communicated again.
