I had 4 interviews for the position.The first interview was with the recruiter to determine what I was looking for in my next position. She then passed me along to the Recruiting Manager. All four interviews were very relaxed and really felt like they were just trying to get to know me and allowing me to get to know what their company was all about. They had several videos that were very informational about the recruiting process and I enjoyed watching them.

I was called to interview with an account rep and that went well. I was called back for a second with the President and then a third with the team. I was then offered the position.
