Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en Principal Financial Group (Pune) en abr 2014
Entrevista
Principal Global Services, a part of Principal Financial had come to our clg for campus recruitment.
The interview process consisted of an aptitude test (conducted by e-litmus on 21st March 2014) followed by 2 personal interview rounds (3rd April 2014).
The aptitude test was quite difficult. But i managed to crack it. It took them a week's time to announce the results for the apti.
In my first interview there were two panelists. They asked me a lot of questions on my project (Sentimental Analysis). They asked me to draw a flow chart of my project. Asked me about the algorithms used. Then the asked me abt recursive program and asked me to write a recursive program. Then i had done a certification in Business Intelligence so they asked me a few questions on that as well. They also asked a few general questions. My first interview went on for an hour. In the meanwhile a third panelist also joined in to ask a few project related questions.
They announced the results for the first round immediately and i was shortlisted.
In my second round there was only 1 panelist. She also asked me about my project. Asked me to write a program of fibonacci series. Asked me a puzzle - "There are 27 marbles. all of similar physical properties. Only one of the was different from others. It weighs a little more than the rest. And i am provided with a weighing machine. What is the minimum no of weights to be done to identify it." General behavioral questions were also asked. This interview went on almost for 1 and a 1/2 hour.

In my resume i had written that i am a fast learner. So in my second interview she asked me to justify. I did that. Then she asked me if in the 3rd yr of ur engg. u had to shift to civil engg how will u cope-up. I answered that as well.
But the next question was unexpected. She asked me Why do you want to shift from IT to Civil?
i was blank for a few seconds. But then i managed to answer that as well by saying "Civil is also an interesting field and gave justification by giving the eg. about Burj Khalifa and the artificial islands created in Dubai". Then she asked me - "If civil is so much interesting then why did'nt u choose civil?" I managed to answer that as well.
