I applied through elitmus Round 1: elitmus test The test is conducted throughout the year multiple times in different locations. You can give according to your convience. It has three parts verbal, reasoning and quantitative ability. In order to be shortlisted for Principal one needs a overall of 90 percentile with reasoning/quants also above 90 percentile. Round 2: interview You are called for a face to face interview in their Pune office in Cybercity. It itself has 3 rounds, each being a knock out round. First round is technical interview followed by HR and Managerial. They start with a presentation and then you are given a sheet with the question 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?'(fill that carefully), and you are later called for interview one by one. There are about 5 panels so it's fast. Each interview lasting 15 min. After the interview you are asked to wait for 15 min for your result. I didn't clear the technical interview so I had to leave. Even thought it was a technical interview not many technical questions were asked. People from both technical and non technical fields can take advantage of that. My interview was more on the technical side than others. It depends on your interviewer. Some were asked puzzles and reasoning questions too. The interview experience was good, but wished they had provided some kind of feedback so we'd know where we lacked and why we were rejected.

Got a call from Hr for screening and after a week had 1st technical round scheduled which was for around 1.5hrs and after a week got confirmation on having the round clear and then one manager-technical round was there for an hour. Finally after clearing both last hr round was schuled with offer discussion.
