Interview process is very easy if you are referred by someone. They are more concerned with your ability to work with others and handle situations involving conflict resolution and dealing with people day to day (even for technical positions).

As a college grad, this interview wasn't very difficult, just some behavioral questions -- no coding. As long s you can sell that you're confident in your abilities, competent, and engaged, you should pass. This was for their Annuities division.
