First you interview with a recruiter and they ask a few simple typical questions. After the recruiter let’s you know that they will play your recorded interview for the PR team.

first apply on linkedin, then received an email to submit a virtual interview (given like 2 days to complete), there were 3 questions pretty straightforward; tell me about yourself, why you want to work here, and how you will be innovative/inclusive. You had unlimited attempts so not hard. Then second interview with HR- super friendly and not tricky questions- tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, how good are you at excell, most difficult thing you've accomplished. I never made it to the third interview not sure why I fully thought I would.
