1st interview : You interview with the branch manager and another candidate. It turns in to a competition between you and the other candidate. However don't worry you will both get hired regardless. Red flags and bad vibes galore. Mostly due to the fact that any candidate with real world experience will identify that this is a MLM scheme 2nd interview : This is where you finally learn you will be doing door to door sales on behalf of Verizon FIOS. Hilariously someone I spoke to their asked the manager if they could update their FB page with working for Primus Management on behalf of Verizon FIOS (take a wild guess at the answer) after driving around town in a car with the interviewer I walk from neighborhood to neighborhood with him in the frigid cold and watch him get the door slammed in his face over and over. When he dropped me off at the end of the day he explained that he needed me to text him before the end of the night and let him know if I will take the job or not. This was before discussing schedule/pay/benefits etc.... Also I interviewed for BDM not door to door salesman. This place is intentionally vague about everything and is mostly looking for young people with very little life experience that can be easily fooled in to thinking that running a branch where people sell cable door 2 door is called being an entrepreneur.
