I met the recruiters at a College Career Fair. The following day after showing interest I had a Skype interview with a Regional Manager and another Higher-Up in Sales. I was in constant communication with the Regional Manager following the initial interview. I went to the regional office a few weeks later and had another Skype interview with the VP of Sales and taken out to lunch by the Regional Manager. Everyone that I went was very genuine and informative. There weren't any questions that I didn't expect.

Brief review of credentials with HR recruiter via phone. Followed by in person interview with two managers. Instead of an actual interview, I was lectured about my career choice. I have recently interviewed with 3 Fortune 100 companies and this was by far the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. Please do your homework on the company and specific position before applying. I see now why turnover is high and employee reviews are poor.

I applied to the Portland office and met with the area manager. I then had a phone interview with the regional manager and from there they offered me to meet with the manager of the Sacramento office. After that, I was made an offer for the San Ramon office.
