Very annoying 3 interviews same information different people. Some guy on the phone, dm via zoom, store manager in person. Then you get a letter of offer. Once offered they move fast

I interviewed with the store manager over a zoom call where they asked basic questions about availability and customer service experience. Due to turnover, they were more interested in longevity of how long I expected to be with their organization.
