Entrevista
Looking back, I feel like the woman interviewing me was trying to push me away from wanting this job. No company benefits were mentioned, and while it does seem like this is a team environment, she wanted to emphasize that the job is definitely "difficult" and "hard work" for the first 6-8 months. She also asked a question related to retention, which I understand, but told me that they've hired a few people with my background before and that they all left. So, because these other people had left, they were wondering why I might stay. I think this question would've been better formed without essentially telling me that everyone with my background felt the need to change their career after working at this company.
In the end, I never heard back. That part isn't too surprising--the people were kind, but I don't think I would've been a good fit. However, I think the fact that this company works in the recruiting industry with people who are searching for jobs every day, and didn't follow up to say they'd moved in a different direction, shows an inconsistency between values and action. Even on Glassdoor, it says that they value "Relationships – People first" and "Integrity – Always do the right thing."

Can you describe a way that you feel that you've grown in your career over your past few years of college--i.e. weaknesses you used to have, that you feel you've improved on or changed?

The interview process was pretty easy. I had an initial interview, then I had a virtual interview with 2 of the recruiters and then a face to face interview with the manager.
