Easy interview process, invited to an interview within a week and then got a interview date immediately, first arrived at the place of work and was taken to HR where formally interviewed by the HR manager, asked a few questions about the business background, which helps with the interview, they also asked if I knew of the things they do e.g charities they donate to regularly ect
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
