Starts off with answering a questionnaire based on scenarios that would happen within the job role and if you pass that you then get an email to be invited to a recruitment day where you will have a one to one interview with the hiring manager.
Was good not too hard.
Normal questions that you’d expect in any retail interview to be honest.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision and how you dealt with it.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
