Went in during a hiring event, process was smooth and efficient. There was little to no wait for the interview and it last about 10-15 minutes with HR. Did not meet department manager til I started

What’s a time you had conflict with a co-worker and how did you resolve it
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
