Simple,fast,not complicated at all.The interview was about 20 minutes. First I applied online and after 3 months they called me for an interview.
After the interview, they called me 1 month later that I am hired. The whole process took about 4 months.

The questions are very simple and do not require some philosophical answers :)
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
