I was interviewed with 4 other candidates. Two were already internal candidates. The interview took about 2 hours. It started as a group task (to assess your communication skills, team work etc). It was a sheet of paper where you had to put in order from most important to least, certain skills/attributes of a robot supervisor. We then had to present our answers to the panel of three managers. Once that was done they went outside to collaborate, then invited us one by one for an individual interview.
