It was very quick and the questions were easy, didn’t feel that formal at all or challenging. I didn’t think it went that well to be honest, because of how informal and quick it was but I did end up getting the job!

What should you do if the fitting rooms are full, there are a lot of people waiting, and a customer is complaining? (can’t remember the last part exactly) how would you calm the situation?

Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.

Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
