Took over a week to get the call for the interview however when I did, the interview was easy and pretty straight forward with scenario based questions, and the manager was very helpful in breaking down the question. the interview happened on a Monday, and I started work on the Thursday.

what would you do if a customer wanted an item that wasnt in stock?
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
