Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Primark (Southampton, Inglaterra) en jul 2017
Entrevista
I was sent 2 emails. One was by the company and the other was a representative of the store I applied for. Irritatingly, the representative from the store misunderstood my name but I didn't take it as anything major. In the email from the company, I was asked to provide my Right to Work documents and a copy of my CV. In the email from the store, I was asked to provide my Right to Work documents and a passport sized photo. I was confused so took both.
Upon my arrival, (As I was told in the email) I went to the Customer Service desk where I was asked to sign in providing my mobile number, name, reason and time in. I was also given a Visitor Pass before being escorted to the top floor where I was asked to take a seat and wait. It was the rest area where other members of staff were and looked like a nice area.
I had my interview with a nice woman and was escorted out of the place before returning to the Customer Service area to sign out and return my Visitor Pass.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"

Entrevista
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
