Applied online - did a long questionnaire with real life tasks etc and was then emailed to come in for an interview the same week. It was a 1:1 interview, very relaxed with the manager; they asked typical interview questions like 'mention a time you worked well in a team.' Received a phone call two days later saying I got the job - the induction was scheduled for two days after the phone call. Very quick process!

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
