For starters, I had a telephone interview with Mary Ryder. Then I was given a personal interview with Mary in the office. During that time, I was given a test to prove my level of basic education. After Mary reviewed and scored my test, we had a brief talk about my background and my occupational goals. We talked about my skills and qualifications etc. Once the interview was over, Mary said that she'll be in touch in a week or so. In about 3 days I received a call from Craig Ryder with my first opportunity as a Pridestaff employee.

Entrevista
In person interview to review relevant work experience and to make sure everything on resume is accurate. Reviews past jobs, salary requirements, distance requirements, wants, needs, etc. Uses the interview to find the best match for both the client side and the candidate side.

Entrevista
The interview is an easy process. Even insulting,but then you realize these questions are made for those who will easily eliminate themselves. Don't come off as a know it all but still answer firmly with common sense. Usually questions of honesty and integrity are focal but also work ethic and going the extra mile.
