Bait-and-switch. The job advertised was for a project analyst role, with confirmation from the recruiter who reached out to me for an interview confirming that was what the interview was for. When I joined the Zoom interview the day after accepting and scheduling the interview, I was surprised to find 5 other people in the meeting with me - all fellow applicants who, like myself, were not informed that this would be a group interview process. I figured "hey, what the heck, I'm already here and very interested in the position and company so I may as well go through with it." That was my mindset until it quickly became apparent that the position being explained had absolutely no relation to the job that I had applied and been contacted for, as it was for an entry-level marketing job that had "branch manager potential" (the project analyst role was in no way connected to any stores or retail outlets... this came entirely out of left field). With starting compensation at $42,000, that was the final nail in the coffin. I immediately dropped the Zoom interview and texted my recruiter to express my disappointment and withdraw myself from consideration. This all being said, I have no qualms against Premier, and it genuinely seems to be a great company. I wouldn't actively discourage applying, although I would certainly like to hear from the company's leadership if they are reading this review to discuss my experience and try to understand why this happened the way it did. I felt that the recruiter was very deceitful, and I left feeling disrespected and frustrated that I had sacrificed my time for something that turned out to be completely different than what was advertised.
