Was interviewed by a panel of three consisting of 2 engineers and a HR representative. Interview lasted around 20 minutes and I was asked questions such as "why do Premier Oil exist?", " Why have we not been taken over by a larger company?" What makes a good engineer?" Overall, it was a pretty challenging interview. All my answers were thoroughly probed.
