You have a phone call first and then meet with the manager of your department that you are trying to be hired into they ask you a few questions mostly about how you would act in certain situations

Very straight forward and everyone was pleasant. Was asked about experiences and given situations and how I would respond/react. They answered any questions I had about the position and work environment.
