The interview was very thorough and to the point. The interviewers wanted answers to specific questions with very little runaround with typical HR scnearios etc. The managers/interviewers were the people that I would be working for and were extremely knowledgable and clear with their expectations.

First, there was a phone interview with HR, where we went over basic behavioral interview questions. The second interview was another phone interview with an engineer as well as an engineering supervisor.

Tell me about a problem you faced during one of your projects.
Flew me out to interview, rented me a car, treated me well, asked a lot of industry specific questions. They were kind but and very obviously needed to hire someone as soon as possible.

I had a pretty easy interview process, it was easy and quick. From my first interview to an official offer it took about 2weeks. But things slowed down after that, my first start date was a month later, then it kept getting pushed back like 3 times for a total of another month and eventually I started on a Tuesday or something
