3 interview. First two went quite well and the third maybe not so well. After all the time spent to prepare I only get a generic email to say I was no longer considered for the job, after chasing them of course.

I was referred for an AE role and was contacted by the recruiter pretty quickly. The recruiting call was fine, then I had a 2x1 interview with two teammates. I thought the interview went really well, they even ended by saying we hope we get to talk soon! I ended up not getting the role, which was fine but I didn't get a response for four weeks. The recruiter was always responsive when I followed up but the hiring managers took a long time to make a decision. When asked for feedback, I didn't hear back.
