I received an email requesting my salary requirement, then scheduled a phone interview. The interview was with the Training Manager. She was unsure who I had already spoken to and it was clear she hadn't looked at my resume. She had a very dismissive attitude that made me not want to work for the company. She ultimately made the decision on the phone.
