Electronic Application Process Phone Calls to Set-Up Interview 1st Interview with Fitness Manager 2nd Interview with Peers (3-4 Potential Colleagues) Phone Call for position or not It took approximately six weeks from the point of submitting my online application, to hearing back 2 weeks later that they would like to interview me. From there, I had to wait another week while they set up for the second interview. The second interview I met with 4 separate trainers with their own personal backgrounds, questions, and challenges faced (this was the harder of the 2 interviews). From there, I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for any turnout. I was to get a call one way or another that I would get the job or not. It took longer for a response here because management had gone on vacation for a part of that time, at the time. I was offered the position over phone, and training began a week later after drug-testing and background checks.
