The group interview at first seemed like a great idea and I had my reservations, but I tried to prepare and keep an open mind. I learned later that they already had their minds made up before we got into the room to hire the internal candidate. It was a waste of time.

Entrevista
Originally phone screen was brief yet productive. Second phone interview with hiring manager was over a month after the first phone screening. In-person interview with a panel of employees was a month after the second phone interview. I was hired on, but start date was one month after offer--due to Power Wellness schedules, not any issues with mine.
