I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after applying online. Hiring occurs after one or two interviews, depending on how high turn over is at that point in time. Anyone with a hint of personality and a grasp of the English language can work at Power Home Remodeling Group.

Was referred by a friend, which gave me some credibility during the interview. Interview process was straightforward and pretty typical questions. Only took two rounds and was offered the job on the spot after the second interview.

personality quiz and a few interviews - the boss interviewed me a couple of times to make sure i was the right person for the job. It wasn't too over the top and in your face, just a casual conversation to get to know you.
