I applied through my college website. I gave an on campus when two engineers visited. I was called. This interview involved the engineers explaining what the company does, how they do it (a high level process flow description), and than what my job description entails. I had the opportunity to ask some questions. I was asked about my work experience at a machine shop and how that got me ready for this upcoming opportunity.
