Everyone was very friendly and was interested in hearing what I had to say and in sharing their experiences. It seemed like a well-functioning small nonprofit. I interviewed with the Vice President and the Program Manager for the project that I would have been assisting. In the end, it was determined that I was overqualified for the position and they did not offer the position.
