It took them forever to get back to you. In fact, I was always the one reaching out after 2-4 weeks to ask for an update, to which they would respond with, "oh, let's book an interview next week." There were a total of 3 interviews. As a result, the process made me anxious because you were constantly waiting for their response. Overall, it was very disorganised and draining. The interviews themselves were pretty simple and easy. I felt like they were mainly checking whether you are a "cultural fit" for the company.
