Overall there was 4 Interview Rounds, 1 via phone and the rest 1:1. The screening was conducted to understand my past roles & responsibilities and how my skills would add essence to the new role followed by Q&A's. The Interviewers ensured that 1:1 was conducted in a positive manner to make me feel comfortable and render my best response.
