It was a panel interview. They use a hiring metrics, and one of the items on the metric ask what people believe customer service is. They tell you about their core values and ask you to explain what each means to you. I don't remember them because it was over 8 years ago when I interviewed with them.

The interview process was seamless. I was contacted to fill out an assessment. I quickly heard back to schedule an over the phone interview and was immediately offered an in person interview the next day. I was offered the job the same day of the interview. Everyone has been super nice and professional.

Phone interview and a face to face interview. The face to face interview was relaxed and they allowed time for questions to be answered. They gave a brief detail about the job responsibilities and expectations

Entrevista
Short but succinct- got offered a position immediately. No extraneous or personal questions. One of the best interviews I had. Not exactly easy (especially if you’re not fast at typing or tech savvy) but also not difficult.
