I apply online. They call me for a telephone interview. Then, they call you to take a test (similar to college board). After that, they call me for a interview in their offices. Overall, it took 4 weeks. And still don't know if I got the job or not.

Entrevista
1. Phone call interview - basic questions from your previous/current job, if you speak english it is a plus.
2. If you pass first interview, you will be asked to go to one of their centers to take a basic skill/knowledge test.
3. If you pass test you will be called for a one on one interview with a rep from HR. They will ask more detailed questions about your previous jobs and some additional questions in reference to the position that you applied for.
4. If you pass the one on one, you will be called/notified with a possible job offer.
Throughout the process they will be conducting a background check and before accepting any offer you will be drug tested.
