As the company continues expanding internationally, the process may benefit from some adjustments to better align with expectations from candidates in different regions.

I completed the first-round call with the recruiter and was recommended to the hiring manager for a follow-up interview. However, just three minutes before the scheduled interview, it was abruptly canceled—not by the hiring manager personally, but by the recruiter on their behalf. Notably, this happened shortly after the hiring manager viewed my profile and saw that I am an African American woman. This experience raises serious concerns about potential racial discrimination within the company.
