Phone screen, 1 on1 with your Regional Sales Manager, 30/60/90 goals you set for yourself and how you would achieve them followed by a moc demo of their product. Then a offer will come soon after. Know what their product does and don't mention wanting to grow your career into manager or directors roles. Speak highly about your hustle and results.

Entrevista
The process included an initial screening call followed by interviews with members of senior leadership. The overall approach felt more aligned with a US-style hiring process rather than one fully adapted for UK candidates.
The conversations with leadership were quite informal and conversational, which felt more similar to a startup-style process than a typical large tech interview structure. The role was advertised as hybrid, although in practice it appears to be largely remote with some field sales responsibilities.
Ultimately, the founders and the company vision were what made the opportunity compelling. However, the interview process felt somewhat unstructured at times, which may not suit every candidate. As the company continues expanding internationally, the process may benefit from some adjustments to better align with expectations from candidates in different regions.

I completed the first-round call with the recruiter and was recommended to the hiring manager for a follow-up interview. However, just three minutes before the scheduled interview, it was abruptly canceled—not by the hiring manager personally, but by the recruiter on their behalf. Notably, this happened shortly after the hiring manager viewed my profile and saw that I am an African American woman. This experience raises serious concerns about potential racial discrimination within the company.
