Two to three different interview sessions, questions and conversations. It felt like a conversation and was easy flowing. Comfortable environment and standard questions. First interview was with recruiter, then two leads.

I had a really great experience up until my final interview. Originally, I applied for a sales rep position but declined to move forward. This is when I was given the opportunity to apply for the client support role. The final interview was a case study so I had to make a presentation. There were no guidelines other than answering the questions given and the woman who interviewed me got mad when I had not included certain random things. She also basically tried to discourage me from the role during the entire interview, saying things like "I'm not going to lie to you, you shouldn't expect to get promoted quickly", and really seemed like she didn't even like her own job. Then, after sending two follow ups, I never heard back. When facing rejection I always like to seek out advice for improvement or why I was not selected, and they did not even give me that opportunity. Extremely unprofessional on the client support side. Glad I was not given the option to work for pop.
