First was a call with a recruiter, next was a take home assessment where you had a choice of working on a front end project (in reactjs) or backend project(Ruby on Rails). After that is a technical portion in which they go over your solution for the project. Final round is a behavioral portion with two higher ups. Everyone I spoke with in the interview process was very transparent about the position and the pay. It was one of the best interview process experiences I have ever had.
