Applied online, but had an associate internally also hand deliver my info. More than three weeks passed before I was contacted for a brief phone interview with HR. A few days after the phone interview I was contacted to come in for a personal interview with a department supervisor & a few different skills tests. Following the personal interview, I was contacted 10 days later for an offer & to schedule the preemployment testing (drug/background) which took an additional week to 10 days. A month passed between initial HR contact & start date.
