Interview in July 2019 with two panel members from the recruitment team, was a tough interview but the panel were nice and had some questions for me rather than challenging my examples. Make sure you use the STAR technique as it really does work

The interview process has been straightforward and there has been great communication from all staff i've corresponded with at Police Scotland. Each stage has been challenging and rewarding and i look forward to completing my final interview.

Application-SET-Fitness-Interview Panel of 3 asking ice breaker questions, some about police Scotland, then the STAR based interview. Not the hardest of interviews, basic competence. Remember to read up on PS website about everything.
